His strong commitment to the recycling industry, the environment, the people we serve, and technology, has brought International Global Metals, and other recyclers and associations into the twenty-first century. As President of the South Florida Recyclers' Association he has helped to promote and protect recycling in the state of Florida. Under Mr. Leibov's direction, the FRA has become a strong legislative voice for the recyclers in Florida and nationwide. By helping to promote  and design legislation to assist and protect recyclers in Florida and North America, Mr. Leibov is on the forefront of the recycling industry on a national level.

Through many years of purchasing and selling recyclable metals he has built strong ties to the metals industry on a very personal level.

Originally from La Paz, Bolivia, Mr. Metzelar joined our team over 6 years ago to lead our efforts in assisting recyclers in Latin America. With his extensive recycling contacts in South and Central America, he has assisted Mr. Schultz in the development of our recyclable metal markets database. He leads and directs International Global Metals in all our Latin American recycling efforts.
